Only IMAP is supported. No POP3. You MUST delete your old "INBOX prefix" from "INBOX." to nothing. Blank this out in your mail client, then change imap to imap1, quit and restart. Please call 877-276-9467 before you even try this. Your UID lists must be converted first, it takes just a few minutes.

This is good for laptop users, or anybody who cannot use their local ISP mail servers. You may use port 2525 if your cable/DSL provider blocks outgoing mail on port 25

reverse ping http://crowhost.com/tools/ping.shtml runs ping from L3 datacenter to the apparent IP of your browser
reverse traceroute http://crowhost.com/tools/trace.shtml runs traceroute from L3 datacenter to the apparent IP of your browser. Timeouts at your firewall are normal
